Evidence (Boss New Plays)
-
'Evidence' Review at 81 Renshaw Street - ''However, I must pay accolade to Parys’ direction of this piece. Exhibiting how this stage can be used most effectively, with smooth transitions, use of levels and acoustic sound effects it gave the audience a visual feast.''
-
'Evidence' Review at 81 Renshaw Street - ''Van Parys’ simple but effective staging and clever choreography delightfully takes full advantage of the limited space on offer, allowing the cast to flourish and one could sense their enjoyment delivering a piece that deserves to be extended and performed in a larger venue whilst retaining its intimacy and impact.''

The Nether
-
'The Nether' - Liverpool Echo Review - In a situation like this, so much has to be told in the subtext (and rightly so) but Van Parys shows mature subtlety, as someone only recently a member of the Young Everyman 's directing course, in that she never lets us forget what is happening without having to expose her audience to the horrific reality of it.
CHAIR
-
'Chair' Review - Liverpool Sound and Vision - For Sarah Van Parys the road ahead is one that looks assured, a director with vision even at such a young age is one to laud and applaud
NEW DAWN FADES: A STORY ABOUT JOY DIVISION AND MANCHESTER
-
New Dawn Fades Review - Louder Than War - This was a tremendous audio/visual treat using the mediums of film, live and semi-live action to keep the audience hooked; the individual performances were gritty and polished. It told the story in an informative, entertaining and ultimately uplifting way whilst retaining the gravitas and respect that the subject deserved.
